Where Aesthetics Meet Resilience
My name is Stephanie Carroll, and I am the founder and CEO of Southern Iris Aesthetics. I am a mother, a wife, a nurse, and a woman who has walked through the unimaginable pain of losing a child at 35 weeks of pregnancy. The grief washed over me like a storm, darkening even the brightest corners of my heart.
In that season of profound sorrow, I began a journey I never expected to take. I was determined to find meaning within the pain—to turn something heartbreaking into something healing. Along this path, I became a Certified Nurse Injector specializing in Botox and fillers. It was here that I discovered the powerful connection between aesthetic care, confidence, and emotional renewal.
The name Southern Iris Aesthetics holds a deep and personal significance. The iris is the birth flower connected to my child, and it is a symbol of hope, strength, faith, and new beginnings. Choosing the iris as the emblem of my practice was a way to honor that chapter of my life—a reminder that even after loss, beauty and purpose can bloom again.
As I learned the art of aesthetic nursing, I realized that through skilled, compassionate hands, I could offer others a sense of renewal—both outwardly and within. My experience with loss has given me a profound understanding of how external transformation can ignite internal strength. If I can enhance self-worth and confidence in my clients, I can help them move through life’s challenges with greater resilience.
With each treatment, my goal is to share not just my expertise, but also a touch of hope, healing, and empowerment. Southern Iris Aesthetics was born from pain, but it has grown into a purpose beyond anything I could have imagined.
My story is one of loss, transformation, and triumph—a reminder that even in the darkest moments, we have the power to rise, to heal, and to spread light to others.
